I was very impressed with this company. My request for a quote on new flooring was answered very quickly. The sales rep who provided the quote was very friendly, knowledgeable and honest about the company and what it had to offer. The pricing was awesome for the quality of the product. I never at anytime felt pressured to do anything. The Installer was also friendly and very punctual to the job and did an excellent job installing my new flooring! I love ❤️ my new floor!! I most definitely will be using this company again!

In and Out installed flooring in numerous rooms. The flooring is beautiful. When I had a small issue they were great on the phone and came right out to rectify the problem. I then used them again for additional flooring, had an extremely minor issue and they were fast to respond. I will definitely use them again and be happy to refer them to others. Their customer service was fantastic and they clearly stand behind their work. Five stars from me!

Absolutely phenomenal installation. The two installers that did our bathroom were friendly, respectful and our bathroom floors (and new toilet) look amazing. They were respectful of our bedroom and the furnishings inside the bathroom and they cleaned up after themselves as though they were never here. Couldn't be happier with the product, the look and the customer service. And the price was very reasonable!

From beginning to end, this was a great experience. The sales person explained options, prices, and how things would occur. Everything he explained was exactly as ordered. The installers were early, in fact, and did a professional, fast job. They were great in explaining what they were doing, and answering my questions. From start to finish, this was a great contractor experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.
